With over 40 years of experience in multiple business sectors, Chris brings a wealth of expertise in running large scale businesses both in the UK and internationally. Chris is the Founder and CEO of NXD Team and sees the NXD Family Office as a natural extension of the work his team does for multiple clients on their journey to exit and liquidity event. By integrating a world-class partner base with comprehensive business advisory services, he sees an opportunity to provide clients with enduring support that extends beyond individual transactions. His goal is to ensure the preservation and optimisation of wealth and assets for generations to come.

James is a highly experienced CFO with over 25 years sitting on the Boards of listed companies. For the last 15 years, James has served as a company director and advisor for a private portfolio of high-growth businesses. James’ focus has been on collaborating with Founders, Board, and Management teams, providing strategic insights on scaling, profitability, operating cash flow, financial and management information systems, mergers and acquisitions, as well as overseeing the preparation and completion of company and asset disposals.
